Teaching is demanding, and burnout is real. Acre Minds creates intentional spaces and resources that help educators feel supported, seen, and sustained.
Peace of Mind Care Packages
Thoughtfully curated care packages designed to support educators’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Each package is created with the intention of offering moments of pause, encouragement, and restoration during demanding school years.
Marigold Meetups
Inspired by the “Find Your Marigold” idea in education — the belief that surrounding yourself with supportive people helps you thrive — our meetups bring teachers together to recharge, share, and support one another. Whether virtual or in-person, these circles create community and remind educators they are not alone.

Starting a teaching career can feel overwhelming — but no one should have to do it alone. Acre Minds is developing a mentorship program that pairs new educators with experienced teachers who provide encouragement, practical advice, and emotional support. Together, we’re helping teachers build confidence and stay rooted in their purpose.

In addition to supporting educators directly, Acre Minds offers limited academic support and learning reinforcement for students — intentionally designed to align with classroom instruction and ease instructional strain on teachers.
We believe students benefit most when academic support complements, rather than competes with, what is happening in the classroom. Our approach reinforces teacher-provided materials, pacing, and instructional strategies to strengthen understanding, build confidence, and support skill mastery.
This service includes:
One-on-one academic support aligned to current classroom learning
Learning reinforcement that builds confidence and comprehension, not just test prep shortcuts.
Continued use of teacher-selected materials and learning goals
Clear, respectful communication with families that honors the teacher’s role
By supporting students in this way, we help reduce the need for reteaching, intervention overload, and instructional stress, ultimately supporting both learners and educators.
This service is currently offered on a limited, referral-based basis as we continue refining a sustainable model that supports teachers and families.
